[Websg Meetup] Launch of MOE Website

Hi Lucian,

I wrote a review of the website here:

Overall, it's a marked improvement from the original site and most
other gahmen sites. But I have 3 criticisms:
1. spartan design - may not be sufficiently engaging
2. in the main navigation, submenus are flushed to the left, instead
of below the clicked menu item
3. disconnect between menu items and URL structure
