[Websg Meetup] Launch of MOE Website

I'll definitely blog about it soon.

Offhand, here are some of my suggestions for the new WIS:

- the usual - web standards, accessibility
- standard semantics (this may need some study)
- require print css

Do they allow 'industry experts' into the committee? :)
