[Websg Meetup] IDA website revamped

i noticed the WAI sticker at the bottom left, claiming that they have 'A'
compliance level for accessibility.

ol' cynical me couldn't resist verifying:

they fail.

incidentally, MCYS (http://app.mcys.gov.sg/web/home_main.asp) claims to be
AAA-compliant.

they fail also.
MCYS passes most of the automated checks, but they fail spectacularly for
manual checkpoints,  especially with their use of table-based layout.

we should write in to comprain.
