[Websg Meetup] IDA website revamped

I wrote in to the Feedback Unit 2 years ago about how most Govt websites
can't be accessed without a 'www'. I got an automated reply. Wrote in to the
new REACH and they said they'd note my comments. No changes yet...

For my own agency I specially requested all our web addresses to work, with
or without the 'www'. Have to make this 'www' issue very clear when
registering new domain names as it doesn't always occur to our IT people.
